Just browse through thinspo blogs and I feel really really inspired to go to the gym now! Hit the gym on V day and I shall hit it again tomorrow! Since I’m meeting BF for dinner to night. yaye feeling so happy!!!!!

I think my diet went well today. Resisted fried chicken for lunch, had only one small wing. I opt for coleslaw instead of mash potato(got rid of the carbo). Small fish fillet and wanton for dinner. Helped myself to the free flow of salad!
Good job. Was so tempted to finish both fried chicken. was tempted to get a drink. but… I resisted.

A bad migraine after visiting USS today. And so I can’t jog this evening. Making mental plans to swim tmr morning before heading out. It’s my bro birthday tomorrow! Hope nothing sinful! Shall sleep early tonight! :)
hello everybody. Ended my A levels 3 days ago. So now it’s time to concentrate on getting back on track! Have been sinful eating junk food for the last 2 days. But fret not! I’m gonna take control soon!
Sorry for not posting for so loooooong! Remember my last post about gaining 1.5kg? Turn out it’s due to my period. Ate crazily normal meals whenever I’m on my period. Will resume posting regularly! Must stop snacking on candy!
